What’s your trick to stop my greens wilting in the fridge?

Question

What’s your trick to stop my greens wilting in the fridge?

Answer

My personal trick is to get a damp tea towel and wrap anything that’s going to wilt in a damp towel and then put it in the fridge, because the wilting is usually because it’s dehydrated.

As we know, the fridge dries everything out, it’s juts sucking the moisture straight out of your veggies and putting it into your fridge environment. So if you actually cover it, the crisper is a good spot. The damp towel usually does the trick and keeps the lettuces and things like that going for much longer.
