We have a very very concentrated pool of who our supermarkets are and it does give them a lot of purchasing power in regards to the fact that they often don’t put a private label on their food, which is something we advocate for, as it actually stops the brand loyalty from the consumer to the actual place where the food is coming from. It’s also a great point made about the food scare; it’s not clear where the particular fault comes from. The entire industry gets tarnished and leads to a massive drop off in sales which becomes a real issue for farmers.
